Taco Spaghetti Recipe - Easy & Delicious!

I'm always looking for easy recipes to make during the week that don't involve a lot of prep work. I made this recipe for the first time tonight and my husband and I both enjoyed it.

I can't handle spicy so we used the Ro*Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, but Ro*Tel makes a hot version as well. I skipped the Roma tomatos on top and used Cilantro McCormick Cilantro Leaves that we had on hand.

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 lbs ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 packet of taco seasoning (1.25-ounce)

1 can Ro*Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10-ounce can)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

8 ounces of spaghetti

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Roma tomato, diced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat.  Add ground beef and cook until browned, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning.  Drain excess fat.

Stir in Ro*Tel tomato paste, spaghetti and 3 cups water.  Bring to a boil; cover; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through - about 13 to 16 minutes.

Remove from heat and top with cheeses.  Cover until melted, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately - garnished with tomato and cilantro, if desired.

Product Review - Sound Intone I68 Stereo Headphones with Microphone

I received the Sound Intone i68 Foldable DJ Stereo Headphones with In-Line Mic to review in exchange for my honest review. These headphones are amazing. I have never owned such a quality pair before. 

The quick connect to Google works great, because it has a mic on it. The length of the cord is very convenient and increases the ease of use of the headphones. The cord feels almost like a shoe-lace, which is different, but a really great feature because the cord doesn't get in your way at all.

The noise cancellation is wonderful, you can't hear any background noise when wearing them. I also love that you can fold them up for easy storage. I highly recommend this product. My husband has being playing his video games and listening to music on his tablet non-stop since they arrived.

I am not much of a gamer, but I love to listen to music for relaxation.  I also like to listen to audio books.  I think I am going to have to buy another pair of these for myself, because my husband doesn't uses them from the time he gets home until the time he goes to bed.

These headphones would make a great Christmas present for a gamer or music enthusiast. They are compatible with smartphones, MP3 players, computers and tablets.

Product Review - Oz Naturals Skin Science Nature

I was asked to do a product review for Oz Naturals Skin Science Nature, which is an Ocean Mineral Tonic.  It has Glycolic Acid, MSM and Vitamin C, which work to aid the skin's sun damage, fine lines, and uneven skin tone.  It is 100% natural and made in the USA.

I had never used a spray tonic before, and so I was excited to try this product out. Before you use this product, the directions indicate to exfoliate and cleanse your skin. After that you spray the tonic over your face, neck and chest.  You then follow that with serum and then moisturizer. The tonic is essentially a primer for serums and you can also use it over make up.

My 2015 Ambition

I was asked by Crowdtap.com to explain what my 2015 ambition is.  I would like to accomplish the following in 2015:

• Read more books.  I used to read a few books a week but I got "busy" and haven't read many books in the past few years.  I recently read The Blood and Snow Series by RaShalle Workman on my tablet and it renewed my interest in reading.  I read all 3 books in 3 days!
